Group 4

The play takes place in the future, somewhere between 2030-2040. One of the main characters (male) lives on the planet Earth and travels to Mars to explore. He meets a girl who used to live on the Earth. They fall in love. The guy has to decide whether to stay on Mars with the girl or go back home to the Earth. The girl's father doesn't approve of their relationship, so the girl has to choose between her father and the love of her life. And on the Earth, the guy's mother is suffering from cancer and has only about 3 months left to live. Now the guy has to support his mother and go back to the Earth. So the lovers can't stay together because of many reasons. They have a long romantic goodbye and the guy promises to come back as soon as he can. But unfortunately they lose touch and the guy never returns.

Group 2

We tell a story about Ashley and Peter. Ashley is an easy-going and active girl who has very strict parents. One day she goes to a party, but things don't go the way she wants. She goes home drunk and gets caught by her parents. Next day she finds out that her parents have decided to send her to her grandparents for the whole summer. She is devastated, but accepts their decision.
At her grandparents' she spends time doing nothing, until something - or someone - catches her eye. When sunbathing outside, she notices her neighbour who she becomes interested in, and being a very talkative person, she wants to get to know him. Ashley and Peter start getting along and fall in love quickly. But just as everything good has to come to an end, their love is about to be torn apart. After spending three amazing months together, the girl is forced to leave and go back home to school.
At home Ashley is depressed, and communicates with Peter on the Internet. But they never really get a chance to meet again. Time passes and they forget about each other…
After several years it's time for Ashley to leave her home for university. She gets accepted to a university in Europe. When she arrives there, everything seems to be perfect, but things get even better. When she enters her room - ready to meet her new roommate - she can't believe her eyes. It is the only person she would have never excpected to see, yet the person she wanted to see the most. It is Peter.

Group 8

The play takes place in the 19th century in England in Canterbury (a small town in England). The main characters are Elizabeth and Christian, supporting characters are Sarah and Charles. The genre of this play is drama. It has a happy ending for the main two characters.
Elizabeth is a noblewoman who is engaged to a poor man named Charles, who is with her only because for the money. One day she finds out that her fiancé is cheating on her. She can't break up the engagement because it would bring shame to her, she also can't prove the existence of the affair. So, she takes the other option and tries to make the marriage work. She asks for advice from a man (Christian), who happens to be engaged to a lower-class, poor woman, who is with him only because of the money. The man who is also known for being a Casanova agrees to teach Elizabeth how to seduce her fiancé and make the marriage work. During the teaching they fall in love. When Christian (the teacher) finds out that Elizabeth's fiance was cheating on her with his fiance, he wants to kill him. Elizabeth calms him down and together they come up with a plan how to reveal their fiances. They succeed and Charles is forced to flee to America. After the scene Sarah, the lower class woman is never seen again. At the end Elizabeth and Christian get married.
