Amanda Seyfried

Amanda Michelle Seyfried, born December 3, 1985, is an American actress, singer-songwriter and former child model. In 2004, Seyfried made her film debut in Mean Girls playing Karen Smith. In 2006, she landed a lead role on HBO's popular television series Big Love. After that, Seyfried appeared in the 2008 musical feature film Mamma Mia!. Other recent appearances include leading roles in Jennifer's Body, Chloe, Dear John, Veronica Mars and Letters to Juliet.
Seyfried co-starred alongside Channing Tatum in Dear John, the film adaptation of the novel of the same name that was written by Nicholas Sparks. The film was released on February 5, 2010, and received generally negative reviews. Seyfried has written and recorded "Little House", a song which appears on one of the official soundtracks of Dear John.

Despite the reviews, Dear John became the first film to break up Avatar's box office reign at number one at the United States box office and grossed $80 million in the US theatrically.
I enjoy this actress' movies very much. In fact, she is one of my favourite actresses.
Her acting skills are very good and her emotions in the movies are always very natural.
For example, when she is happy about something or crying, it has a great influence on me, so there is a great possibility that during the film I am laughing or crying with her.
One of the things that makes her movies even better is that her looks are very natural.
I believe that one of the reasons why she is so good at acting is her connection to art (music, dancing, singing and painting). Artistic people are more intelligent in many ways, they have much knowledge and they are very open-minded, which makes working with them (in a movie) easier.
I have seen three of her movies (Letters to Juliet, Mamma Mia!, Dear John) and I like them all. The movies are all based on a love story. In these three movies she is always a good girl who is smart, kind, very emotional etc. In my opinion, these roles are just perfect for her. I cannot imagine that she would play an evil character, though, I am sure that she would be good in this role too.
